After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The consumer agrees to use the right of return under the following conditions:

1. The goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.

2. To use the right of return, the consumer must submit a written application to GameDog OÜ at support@thegamedog.com, but not later than 14 days after receiving goods.

3. The consumer undertakes to cover the cost of returning the goods unless the product to be returned is not in accordance with the consumer’s order.

4. GameDog OÜ returns money within 14 days after application received.
